A secure online service for CSA customers and employers of CSA customers, CSAonline is a flexible and convenient system for managing your child support. The CSAonline service allows you to view your letters online, update personal details, submit information about your case and advise when your income or the care arrangements of your children have changed. It allows employers to submit employer deductions, receive letters online and communicate securely with CSA staff.

My family is separating what now? provides families with helpful information about separation. The website helps families understand their rights and responsibilities and offers information about emotional, financial and legal advice and support services.

Budget tool

The budget tool will help you to prepare your own budget after separation. Through a series of simple steps it will help you calculate your income, living costs and determine how much you have left for savings.

This quiz will help you check your own health and wellbeing following separation and offer suggested pathways to change things for the better.

This CD features real people talking about their separation experiences, providing tips and tools to help others navigating their way through separation.

Staying Connected

The Staying Connected program assists parents deal with separation. Presented as a half-day workplace program, it is designed for companies with more than 12 employees.

Payment and events calendar

CSA's calendar includes monthly dates on which parents are required to pay and can expect (if a payment is made) to receive child care, community information sessions, school and public holidays for each state.
