CSA interview service
As part of our outreach program, CSA officers are available in the following areas to conduct face–to–face interviews with CSA customers.

NSW/ACT
CSA staff are also located in the following Regional Service Centres in NSW/ACT: Ballina, Campbelltown, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Gosford, Orange, Penrith, Tamworth and Wagga Wagga
VIC
CSA staff are also located in the following Regional Service Centres in VIC: Bendigo, Frankston, Mildura, Morwell, and Warrnambool.
TAS
CSA staff are also located in the following Regional Service Centres in TAS: Launceston
WA
CSA staff are also located in the following Regional Service Centre in WA: Bunbury, Kalgoorlie.
QLD
CSA staff are also located in the following Regional Service Centres in QLD: Bundaberg, Cairns, Mackay, Maroochydore, Palm Beach, Rockhampton and Toowoomba.
SA/NT
