Staying Connected
The Staying Connected program is
designed for companies with more than 12 employees. It is a half day workplace
program helping men deal with separation.
Interview Service
As part of our outreach program, CSA officers are available in the following
areas to conduct face-to-face interviews with CSA customers.
Community Information Sessions
Information sessions are conducted by CSA, along with legal, financial and
parenting groups within the community. These sessions focus on providing
information about the child support scheme, and they aim to help parents
examine their options and make choices on how they can both be responsible for
the financial wellbeing of their children. These sessions are free and anyone
is welcome.
Community Services Directory
CSA has developed a national online Community Services Directory. It provides
information about organisations offering services to assist parents, including:
Separation and grief counselling; parenting guidance; Legal advice; Support
groups; Practical assistance; Financial counselling; and Mediation.
