Change of Assessment
If either parent believes that the child support assessment is unfair because of special circumstances they can apply for a change of assessment under one of the reasons listed below.

Compensation
If you believe that you have suffered a genuine loss due to inadequate service or advice by CSA, we will offer the most appropriate solution in the circumstances. Monetary compensation may be offered where there is no other option available.

Complaints
CSA takes all complaints very seriously. We are genuine in making our service commitments but recognise that we do not always get it right.

Objections
When CSA makes a decision that affects you, we will inform you of the decision in writing. If you do not agree with our decision or you believe we have acted on wrong information, you may be able to lodge an objection.
