Complaints
CSA takes all complaints very seriously. We are genuine in making our service commitments but recognise that we do not always get it right.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaint:
- Firstly contact CSA and speak to your Customer Service Officer who will try to solve the problem.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome, ask to speak to their manager.
- If you are still not satisfied, call CSA's Complaints Service on 132 919 and speak to a complaints officer. Alternatively you can send us a message.
The Complaints Officer will:
- record your complaint
- investigate your issue
- confirm the outcome of your complaint
If you feel that CSA has been unable to successfully resolve your complaint, you can escalate your concerns by contacting the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
If you are unhappy with our service, please take the time to let us know as we greatly value your comments. Your feedback will help us to identify improvement opportunities which in turn will allow us to improve services to all parents.
