Payment options
When a case is registered for collection with CSA, your payment period is usually monthly and the paying parent is then required to make direct payments to CSA by the seventh day of each month.
If the paying parents chooses to pay for a different payment period, such as weekly or fortnightly, the paying parent is required to make direct payments to CSA by the seventh day after the end of the chosen period.
When these payments are received before the seventh day of the month, you will receive the payment on the third Wednesday of each month.
When these payments are received after the seventh day of the month, you will receive the payment on any day after the third Wednesday until the first Wednesday of the following month.
