When parents change address

To ensure that you receive important correspondence from CSA, it is important to let us know of your new contact details as soon as possible.

You can do this by completing the Change of Address form below or by calling CSA.

Please note: Paying parents may be eligible for a reduction (change of assessment) in your child support payments if the cost of maintaining contact with your children is above a certain level (eg. airfares).

Moving overseas

If you or the other parent moves overseas, this can affect your child support.

If the paying parent moves overseas and is an Australian resident for tax purposes, they are still required to pay support. However, collection of child support can be more challenging. If you receive child support and the paying parent has moved overseas, please contact CSA.
