Since joining CSA in April 2005, Matt has been talking to separated parents and stakeholder groups which has helped shape his vision for CSA:
- Deliver improved service and results for separated parents and their children.
- Be recognised by the broader community and separated parents as doing a difficult job well.
- Build stronger and more effective connections between key stakeholders in the Family Law system.
- Improve the performance of the Family Law system through better delivery of the Child Support Scheme.
Matt is pleased to have this opportunity to work in a nationally focussed role with a large organisation in a challenging and rewarding area of government.
Matt's background as Queensland Commissioner for Fair Trading along with his time as General Manager of Queensland Building Services Authority has given him plenty of experience with policy reform, stakeholder engagement and improving customer services and satisfaction.
