Call the CSA by telephone
If you do not speak English and need help from the Child Support Agency, ring the
Telephone Interpreting Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 between 8.30am
and 4.45pm (local time), Monday to Friday.
Ask them to set up a three-way conversation between you, an interpreter and a Child
Support Officer.
