How can I make payments from outside Australia?
If you need to pay child support to the other parent and you live outside of Australia, you can use the following options:
If you send your cheque or money order to CSA by mail, you need to send it to:

Please include the Payment Slip from your latest CSA statement.
If you transfer funds from your overseas bank account to CSA, you will need to use the following details:

You will also need to use the Customer Reference Number printed on your latest CSA statement (only those issued from November 2004). Ensure you provide your complete 16 digit Customer Reference Number, including any leading zeros e.g. 0009998887772390. This will ensure your payment is allocated correctly and without delay.
