International Child Support

How does the system work
The Australian Child Support Agency (CSA) may be able to administer child support cases where one party lives overseas and one party lives in Australia. There are different options for your child support case depending on the following:

• Where you live.
• Where the other party lives.
• If there is an existing court order for child support.
• If there is an existing administrative assessment for child support.

What information do I need?
