Reason 6 - a payee's high costs of child care
Reason 7 - necessary commitments for self support
Reason 8 - a parent's income, property, financial resources or earning capacity
Reason 9 - a duty to maintain any other child or another person
Reason 10 - additional income for the benefit of a resident child
