FAQ: What information do you use to work out my percentage of care?
We use the details that we receive from both parents to work out how much care you have of your children however if we cannot reach you we may have to use the details that the other parent provides. It is a good idea to keep a diary or calendar of when the children are in your care, and details of the reasons for any changes to the normal care arrangements.
If we can’t establish the exact number of nights the child/ren are in each parent’s care we can make a determination of the number of nights based on information received.
