FAQ: I have care of my grandchildren – how can CSA help me?
If you have at least 35 per cent care of your grandchildren you may be entitled to child support. Other carers who have children in their care may also be entitled to child support and should check the information available for non parent carers. When you apply for a child support assessment you must apply against both parents.
