To make BPAY payments you will need:
- Biller code: 201509
- Reference number: this is your 16 digit payment reference number (no spaces).
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
This involves transferring funds from your nominated bank account to our bank account. Please ensure you enter your 16 digit payment reference number without spaces into the payment reference field. This will guarantee your payment is allocated correctly without delay.
EFT payments can be transferred to the following account:
| Bank: | Reserve Bank of Australia |

If your payment is accompanied by a Child Support Deductions Report, or information about the break-up of the total deductions for more than one employee, you can still pay using EFT. However, you must mail, fax or email these other details directly to CSA or report the variations using CSAonline.

At the Post Office (Bill Pay)
You can pay at a post office if your payment advice booklet has the message:

If your payment is accompanied by a Child Support Deductions Report and/or information about the break-up of the total deductions for more than one employee, you can still pay at the post office.
