What is CSAonline?
CSAonline is a secure online service providing you with a faster, easier way to manage child support deductions.
By enrolling in CSAonline you can:
- submit employee deductions
- view previous pay date details sent in and use this as a record of the information you have already provided
- view and print most CSA letters
- submit a general enquiry form to get in touch with CSA
- complete a Confirmation of a Person’s Employment (EF1) form
- advise CSA about any variance between the scheduled deduction and the actual amount deduction and the reason for those differences.
