Receiving parents or non–parent carers, who have asked the CSA to collect their
child support, can use the CSA Info Service to hear details on their upcoming and
previous child support payments, as well as important information from the CSA.
It’s an easy–to–use and convenient, automated system that simply requires your customer
reference number and PIN.
If you don’t know these details, or don’t have a PIN, call 131 272
during business hours. You can change or personalise your PIN after you get access.
Calls to the CSA Info Service are charged at the cost of a local call (higher from
mobiles and pay telephones) and make sure you call from a touch tone phone.
This service may not work if you’re calling from overseas.
How to use the CSA Info Service
If you don’t have a PIN, call 131 272 to get one.
Dial 131 107 with your customer reference number and PIN on hand.
A message welcomes you to and explains the CSA Info Service.
Choose from two options:
Press 2 for: Account information
Press 3 for: Latest CSA information
Account information
This option provides details on upcoming and previous child support payments.
You will be prompted to enter your customer reference number and PIN here.
Now select the following information options:
Press 1 for: Next payment
Press 2 for: Last payment
Press 3 for: Change PIN
Press 4 for: Latest CSA information
Latest CSA information
Select this option to hear details of any important initiatives and changes at the CSA.
You do not need a PIN to access this information.
