The CSA Info Service is an automated telephone service that gives you information about your child support account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This service is available to parents who have asked CSA to collect their child
support. All you need is:
What does CSA Info Service cost?
The service is accessible from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local
call (mobile phones charges apply).
Do I need to register?
You do not need to register for the CSA Info Service. However you will require your child support reference number and personal identification number (PIN) at hand.
What is my PIN (Personal Identification Number)?
If you do not have or have lost your PIN, please contact us on 13 12 72 during business hours and we will arrange a new one for you.
1. Have your child support reference number and your personal
identification number (PIN) at hand.
Your PIN is at the bottom of the letter telling you about the service. You
should also have a pen and paper if you want to write down any of the details.

You will be welcomed to the CSA Info Service and then offered:
Account information
When you choose account information, you will be asked for your child support
reference number and then your PIN. For your security these numbers will be
checked against our records.
Once your identity is confirmed you will be offered 4 options:
How do I change my PIN?
Option 3 allows you to change your PIN. You may select any 4 digit number.
Your PIN will be stored securely by the system and is not visible to CSA staff. Only you will know this number.
You can only change your PIN if you have correctly keyed your current PIN.
What do I do if I have forgotten my PIN?
If you forget your PIN, simply contact us on 13 12 72 during business hours and we will arrange a new one for you.
When calling, please have your child support reference number handy.
Will my account information always be available?
There are times when you may not be able to access your account information. This will happen:
If you are unable to access your account information please listen for any specific information from the recorded answering service. If the recording does not provide specific details as to when the system will again be available, please wait at least an hour and attempt to contact the system again.
