CSAonline is a flexible and convenient system for managing your child support.
The CSAonline service allows you to view your letters online, update personal
details, submit information about your case and advise when your income or the
care arrangements of your children have changed. It allows employers to submit
employer deductions, receive letters online and communicate securely with CSA
staff.
My family is separating what now? provides families with helpful information about separation. The website helps families understand their rights and responsibilities and offers information about emotional, financial and legal advice and support services.
CSA's online Community Services Directory provides information about organisations
across Australia offering services to assist separated parents and families. Some
of the topics it covers include separation and grief counselling; parenting
guidance; legal advice; support groups; practical assistance; financial
counselling; and mediation.
The budget tool will help you to prepare your own budget after separation. Through
a series of simple steps it will help you calculate your income, living costs and
determine how much you have left for savings.
This quiz will help you check your own health and wellbeing following separation
and offer suggested pathways to change things for the better.
This CD features real people talking about their separation experiences, providing
tips and tools to help others navigating their way through separation.
The Staying Connected program assists parents deal with separation. Presented as a
half-day workplace program, it is designed for companies with more than 12
employees.
Payment and events calendar
CSA's calendar includes monthly dates on which parents are required to pay and can
expect (if a payment is made) to receive child care, community information
sessions, school and public holidays for each state.
Centrelink offices have recently combined efforts with community, government and non-government
organisations in the local region to bring a more tailored approach to job seekers and other

Free services
CSA holds one-on-one interview sessions with parents to help them manage their
child support situation. This page lists dates and places for upcoming interview
services as well as details for booking into a session online or by phone.
Community information sessions are free sessions for parents who have separated or
are considering separation to help them understand the Australian Child Support
Scheme and their options. Conducted by CSA with the support of legal, financial
and parenting groups within the community, these sessions provide an opportunity
for attendees to speak with various organisations involved in supporting separated
families.
