Working with stakeholders
CSA has a range of ways to work closely with stakeholders.
We currently:
Conduct regular stakeholder
face-to-face meetings
– quarterly meetings with invited stakeholders where stakeholders can raise issues and be informed of CSA products and services.
Participate in online forums – CSA responds to member questions (where possible) posted on the Shared Parenting Council of Australia
SPCA online forum
.
CSA staff are partnering with stakeholder organisations to deliver
child support information sessions
, face-to-face to parents.
Conduct regular stakeholder surveys - to seek feedback on how we’re going.
Develop partnerships with organisations – current organisations include
Boystown (Kids Help Line)
and
Australian Financial Counselling and Credit Reform Association (AFCCRA)
and
Beyond Blue
.
Work together with stakeholders to develop and review our resources to support separated families. Recent projects include:
My family is separating – what now?
online tool, providing information and pathways through the family law system
Family separation: a guide for teens
A review of our Me and My publications
The Parent’s Guide to Child Support
The Employer’s Handbook
Indigenous DVD
