Workplace diversity plan
CSA has made significant commitments to supporting workplace diversity principles. By working
together and recognising the value of the differences among employees, CSA learns and grows from
these different backgrounds, experiences and views.
As we implement the strategies in the Workplace Diversity Plan 2005–08, CSA will be better
equipped to provide an inclusive work environment that allows employees to contribute to their
full potential, by valuing their diverse strengths and needs.
