Assessments made by the CSA or Australian court orders

If your circumstances have changed or you believe your Australian child support assessment does not accurately reflect your circumstances it is important that you contact the CSA to discuss the options available.

There may be other special circumstances when you are able to change your child support. You will need to discuss these with the CSA.

If you do not agree with a decision made by the CSA you may have the right to have the decision reconsidered.

If the CSA has registered an Australian court order you will need to seek legal advice about how this can be varied through the courts.
